0xCastle welcomes educational partners to ensure academic diversity and enable student participation. In the following, we will list 0xCastle’s and the educational partners’ responsibilities in this agreement.

Responsibilities of 0xCastle:

1. Event Organization: 0xCastle is responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating resources to host the retreat at highest standards.
2. Resource Allocation: 0xCastle will provide financial aid to our educational partners. Flights are not included.

Responsibilities of Education Partners:

1. Marketing: Education Partners actively promote 0xCastle within their respective communities and networks. This mainly includes:
   1. One partnership announcement tweet (see exemplary template below)
   2. At least two re-tweets
   3. Internal Marketing (see exemplary template below)
2. Feedback and Support: Partners will provide constructive feedback to 0xCastle regarding the event content, format, and overall experience. Communication will take place in the Telegram Chat.

Benefits for Educational Partners:

1. Priority Attendee Selection: your club will receive a referral code to share with members.
   • At least two approved from your community
   • Fast-tracking members
   • A housing scholarship for two members
     1. Accommodation in a dorm
     2. Food
     3. Shuttle from Berlin
2. Educational Collaboration
   • Opportunity to present (collaborative) research or lecture. Please suggest topics presented by your organization in the Telegram Chat.
   • Participate in fireside chats representing the academic blockchain space.
3. Collaborative Initiatives: Education Partners have the opportunity to collaborate with 0xCastle to co-organize specific activities in conjunction with the event. This may involve coordinating logistics, securing speakers or mentors, and promoting the events to relevant audiences.
4. Sponsorship Commission: If the club helps to acquire a sponsor for the event, they will receive up to 20% of the sponsorship as donation, depending on sponsorship tier (10% for the lowest tier). We will share the pitch deck on request.
